Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. I aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. Once dispatched they should arrive in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Any items ordered on a weekend will be processed the next working day. At peak times such as Christmas shipping may be delayed.

Returns

I am happy to refund any goods, within 30 days, that were not suitable for your requirements, and returned to me in un-used and resaleable condition.

Damaged items: If any item is damaged in transit please email with photos of original packaging and damaged item.

​

Unwanted items: Please return any unwanted items in the original packaging in a un-used and resaleable condition within 30 days from receipt.

Packaging

Wherever possible I use recyclable packaging. Currently some of it contains plastic. My aim is to use 100% recyclable packing. Please recycle all packaging where possible.

Data collected may included name, contact information including email address and demographic information such as postcode.

Any data collected will not be sold, distributed or leased to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
